Coaching with me is about helping you step out of the cycle of second-guessing yourself.
Many of the women I work with are thoughtful and kind, but often doubt their own voice or hesitate when making decisions about their lives.
Together we create space to reflect, build self-trust, and help you move forward with greater confidence in who you are and what you want to create.

What’s included?
Personalised coaching plan
Before we begin, you’ll complete a short questionnaire so I can understand your current situation and what you’d like support with.
90-minute introductory session
Our first session is a longer deep-dive where we explore where you are now, what has shaped your experiences, and what you want to move towards.
Support and accountability between sessions
You’ll receive exercises, notes, and tools to help you integrate what we discuss and stay accountable between our calls.
Weekly coaching sessions
We meet weekly for 60-minute coaching where we explore challenges, reflect on patterns, and identify practical next steps.
My sessions combine reflective conversation with grounding and mind–body practices that help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and access your own clarity and intuition.
Skills that stay with you
You’ll leave coaching with a deeper understanding of yourself and practical tools you can use in your everyday life. The aim isn’t just short-term change, but building the confidence and self-trust to support you long after our sessions end.
