Hi there, I’m Ellie 👋
I’m an accredited coach who works with thoughtful, kind women who often find themselves stuck in their heads - overthinking decisions, questioning their voice, and second-guessing themselves in ways that hold them back from moving forward.
For years, I experienced this myself. I would replay conversations, doubt my intuition, and hold myself back because I was constantly analysing whether I was good enough.
What I’ve learned - both personally and through coaching is that many capable women aren’t lacking intelligence or brilliance. They bring that thoughtfulness, care, and insight into how they support others every day.
But when it comes to themselves, that same thinking can turn back on them - becoming overanalysis, self-doubt, and hesitation that keeps them stuck.
My work focuses on helping women step out of that cycle.
Through coaching, I help you reconnect with yourself, understand the patterns that keep you second-guessing, and start making clearer decisions with confidence.
Instead of constantly analysing and doubting yourself, you learn how to trust yourself and move forward - knowing you can be kind, thoughtful, and powerful at the same time.
